The goods requested are bespoke to each client the sales representative has clarified the fabric, system and installation details to my satisfaction. Because the blinds are being made to my specifications I understand that I can not cancel my order.
A deposit of 10% is payable at the booking time and is non-refundable. Refund will be issued with faulty blinds or fitting but proof to the satisfaction of the Company will need to be provided. This refund will be issued within 14 days
